The “red soil processing” method (மண் கட்டிய முறை) is a time-honored technique where the dal is gently processed with natural red soil instead of chemicals, preserving its aroma, texture, and nutritional value. Sourced directly from our farms, it is sun-dried, minimally polished, and free from artificial whitening or preservatives—bringing you authentic, village-style purity straight from the land.
